Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
