Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Albuquerque caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies.
