Senior Instructor - certification prep (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Granite Staffing Group is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
