Senior Instructor - certification prep (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
