Senior Instructor - certification prep (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Hollow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tucson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
