Senior Instructor - certification prep (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Linden Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations.
