Senior Instructor - certification prep (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
