Senior Instructor - certification prep (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Keystone Health and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
