Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in St. Louis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
