Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
