Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
