Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is a Rochester company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
