Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Willow Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
