Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
