Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening.
