Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Ironwood Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
