Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
