Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
