Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
