Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Highbridge Nest Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
