Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
