Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
