Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
