Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Stonegate Oak Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
