Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Field Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping.
