Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 978 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
