Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
