Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
