Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Foxglove West Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
