Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
