Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quarry Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
