Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
