Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Northwind Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
