Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
