Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
