Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
