Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Austin with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
