Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
