Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Haven Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
