Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
