Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
