Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Reno. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
