Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
