Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
