Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Pine Staffing is a Orlando staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
