Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Redstone Bright Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
