Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Health provides primary and specialty care in Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
