Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Philadelphia with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
