Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
