Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
